Ice Skating with Tony!

Yo dudes.

I know your all dying to hear! Ice skating was amazing. We got on the ice and it was hillarious. Stef and I could not stop laughing, we we're on the ice with kids that came up to our hips at best. It was quite funny. We got put with Tony in the 'Advanced Beginners' lol. We did some skating forwards and touching our toes, skulling, skating backwards and skulling backwards. Oh yeah we learnt how to stop, which I wasn't very good at :)
So all in all, it was very good, very cold, but very good fun. Gutted I miss next week though but I miss the Welsh lot so I have to go see them!

Yeah.. Those lot, I miss them believe it or not.

Nothing is on the itunes or the podinator tonight, I only came online really to post this blog about the ice skating cause to be honest I have felt quite ill today. Been feeling sick for the past two days and its gay so I have been mooching around.

I have really been getting into my book. 'Acacia, Book One: The War With The Mein' - By David Anthony Durham. At first I was just reading it cause I just did not see where it was going and the anxiety was driving me, it's so well written and I was just enjoying what I suppose you could call the beginning. I'm on chapter 50 odd now and I think I know where it's going but the fact it's 'Book One' drives my anxiety crazy and I'm going up the wall trying to figure the plot. The characters are so indepth and well written. I have read books where you find yourself in a new world and they're amazing but It's like, as much as I know, non of it is real, even when I close the book I feel like the story is still happening now in our own time lol. It's like 'The Neverending Story' (if you havent watched that you never had a childhood). Oh dear, I have just publicly announce my geekyness on the internet by chatting pure bull about a book I'm over enthusiastic about. But honest to the lord himself, it is amazing, if you love fanatasy get onto it, its no where near far-fetched, the fantasy element is so subtle which I think is a nice change every now and then. So yeah, go read! read! read! read! Go read my little bookworms!

I read something earlier today it was one of these random avatar things that said 'I miss the days when my biggest worry was being picked last for dodgeball' and I thought, well thats stupid because as you grow older, your worries grow with you, so the pain inflicted by your worries now is the same ammount just on a larger scale from when you were worrying about being picked last. It's all about how your prorieties grow with you as you grow as a person. So all I have to say is: do not get nostalgic about the minor worries you had when you were a minor person, because mature worries only bother mature people, there is no difference in the ammount of overwhelming, just a difference in your awareness.
